Cómo usar
Setting up your SmartNest
- Choose a stable surface with at least 10 cm clearance on all sides so the cleaning arm can move freely.
- Add fine-grain clumping litter up to the fill line marked inside the bowl — about 3–4 cm deep.
- Download the Vivali app (iOS 12+ or Android 8+), create an account and follow the in-app guide to connect via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
- Set your cleaning schedule in the app. A 30-minute delay after each use gives your cat time to feel comfortable before the next cycle.
- Introduce your cat gradually. Place the unit in a familiar spot for a few days before the first automatic cycle runs — let curiosity do the work.
Daily use
The SmartNest cleans automatically after every visit. The sealed waste drawer typically needs emptying every 4–5 days for one cat, or every 2–4 days for two cats. The app sends a notification when the drawer is getting full.
Monthly maintenance
Once a month, power the unit off, remove the bowl and waste drawer, and wipe all surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners — they can irritate your cat and degrade the materials over time.
